Conference and Event Sales Professional

Hilton Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Conference and Event Sales Executive to join our team.
Job Summary:The Conference and Event Sales Executive will be responsible for receiving groups and events in the hotel, serving as an intermediary between the customer and the commercial and operational areas. This role will work closely with the hotel team to achieve set goals and provide exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and manage groups and events, ensuring seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the hotel team to prepare contracts, event work orders, and other necessary documents.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve sales and event execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales and event management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
