Conference Producer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Conference Producer to join our team. As a Conference Producer, you will be responsible for building and delivering world-class programs and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify conference topics and trends
  • Recruit high-level speakers and industry experts
  • Develop event agendas and marketing materials to promote events
  • Project manage events from concept to delivery
  • Structure conference/event programs to enhance interaction and sharing
  • Drive event narrative and identify speakers
  • Travel domestically and internationally
Requirements:
  • A research-based degree
  • 24+ months experience in Delegate Sales, Journalism, Executive Search, or similar
  • Strong research and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive, engaging, and professional attitude
  • Multi-tasking
  • Willingness to learn and freedom to travel
