We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-focused care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Companionship: Engage with clients in meaningful social interactions, promoting their emotional well-being and reducing feelings of loneliness.
- Personal Care: Assist clients with essential daily tasks, such as bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming, to maintain their independence and dignity.
- Domestic Support: Help clients with everyday tasks, including meal preparation, light housework, and accompanying them to appointments or shopping.
- Driver's License: You must hold a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle insured in your name with Class A Business Insurance.
- GCSE English: You must have GCSE level English or equivalent.
- Residency: You must be resident within Salford.
- Availability: You must be available to work at least 2 evenings and alternate weekends, with core hours between 8am-1pm and 4.45pm-9.30pm.
