Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver person-centred care to residents, supporting them to enjoy a good quality of life.
  • Contribute to the efficient and effective running of the Care Home, working collaboratively with the care team.
  • Assist residents with their physical, emotional, and spiritual care needs, in line with agreed care plans.
  • Contribute to the daily records of residents, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Take responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of adults in your care.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Care Assistant in a care environment, preferably with a Care Certificate or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of care practice, particularly in relation to the care of older people.
  • Ability to work in a team, demonstrating self-motivation and confidence.
