Customer Care Operations Manager

Job Summary:
CSC Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Care Operations Manager to join their team. As a key member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for managing customer care operations and ensuring high satisfaction among new homeowners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Management: Efficiently manage and respond to customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Logistics and Coordination: Accurately log all customer communications and coordinate the scheduling of trades and CRM diaries.
- Defect Reporting: Prepare and issue weekly defects reports for each site as directed by the Customer Service Manager.
- Feedback and Quality Assurance: Provide valuable feedback to the technical department regarding defective materials and ensure accurate data recording in COINS for all customer issues and KPIs.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with various teams and contractors to achieve common goals and ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate outstanding customer service capabilities and exceptional communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate schedules effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in data logging and reporting, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer issues efficiently and provide effective solutions, resolving conflicts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with various teams and contractors to achieve common goals and ensure seamless customer experience.
