Role Profile

Your responsibilities will include:


Sales Responsibilities
  • Meet personal sales targets and revenue goals with designated customer segments.
  • Accurately identify parts to fulfill customer sales needs.
  • Effectively utilize product promotions to achieve specific sales objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities to enhance overall sales performance.
  • Stay informed about new or updated parts through training and regular review of bulletins, catalogs, and updates.

Customer Engagement
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
  • Continuously strive to enhance Customer Satisfaction scores.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and face-to-face interactions.
  • Provide comprehensive service to customers by understanding their needs, responding to inquiries, processing orders, and offering expert advice.
  • Efficiently manage trade customer interactions at the TPS Centre.

Communication
  • Collaborate with the TPS Centre team to ensure effective communication and delivery of outstanding customer service.
  • Work alongside the Sales Manager and team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Relay customer feedback to the Sales Manager to enhance the customer experience.

Operational Processes
  • Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure accurate use of all systems for parts ordering and management.
  • Complete necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to business standards and ethical guidelines.
  • Source parts from other Centres or external suppliers as needed.
