Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and greet clients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Prepare and serve refreshments to clients.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage daily banking, open and sort post, and maintain accurate filing systems.
  • Raise and process bills accurately and efficiently.
  • Organise and maintain files for easy access and retrieval.
Requirements:
  • A cheerful, outgoing, and approachable individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Well-presented and professional at all times.
  • Ability to act with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
