Job Description

Are you a finance professional with a passion for alternative investments and expertise in data visualization? We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Specialist to join our dynamic alternative investment firm, Katch Investment Group. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing cash flows across multiple currencies, mitigating currency risks, executing money market strategies, analyzing NAV statements, and contributing to portfolio analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash Flow Monitoring: Track cash inflows in different currencies and assist in cash flow planning for various funds to ensure financial stability and optimal fund allocation.
  • Currency Monitoring and Hedging: Monitor different currencies, manage monthly forwards, and track their gains and losses to mitigate currency risk.
  • Money Market Funds: Execute the purchase and sale of money market funds as part of investment strategies. Monitor positions held and track realized gains and losses.
  • NAV Statements Analysis: Analyze NAV statements of different funds to ensure accurate fund valuation and reporting.
  • Portfolio Analytics: Contribute to the calculation and preparation of Portfolio Analytics reports, providing valuable insights into fund performance.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Fluent level of English, both written and spoken.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel and Financial Analysis. Knowledge of Dashboard tools and Power BI preferred.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of working experience in similar positions within the finance industry.
  • Availability: Immediate availability is required.
