Position Overview

Kyndryl is in search of a seasoned Human Resources leader to spearhead HR initiatives within our UKI division. This role will act as the HR Business Partner for both the country leadership and the overarching Kyndryl corporate framework. The successful candidate will be an integral member of the Kyndryl UKI Leadership team, reporting directly to the Global SVP HR, Kyndryl Group Human Resources.

This position is part of a global network of over 200 HR professionals supporting approximately 80,000 colleagues worldwide. The incumbent will be responsible for developing HR strategies that align with business goals and foster growth within the country. They will provide proactive leadership to tackle challenges related to talent management, organizational development, cultural enhancement, labor strategy, and diversity & inclusion. Additionally, this role will contribute to the cultivation of HR talent at the country level and support the Global HR team.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Candidates for this position should exhibit the following competencies:

- Proven HR Expertise: Demonstrates a balance of vision, results orientation, a commitment to learning, and a focus on employee outcomes across diverse teams. Brings substantial experience as an HR generalist with a successful track record, preferably in a technology-driven environment.

- Localizing Global Strategies: Capable of conceptualizing and executing HR strategies, practices, and policies that support the organization's growth objectives while considering local nuances.

- Relationship Building and Influence: Establishes genuine relationships and influences key stakeholders as a trusted advisor. Engages with executive teams to leverage HR programs and initiatives, leads discussions on HR and talent issues, facilitates decision-making on HR-related business matters, and provides ongoing coaching to enhance business leader performance.

- Leadership in People Development: Attracts top talent and demonstrates a history of building high-performing, diverse teams. Embodies a servant leadership approach, passionate about nurturing talent and empowering HR professionals to excel.
