This is an exciting opportunity to join Spinner Medical Recruitment as an Addiction Psychiatrist in one of Australia's finest hospitals.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development of an addictions service in a dynamic and supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in addictions psychiatry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care and treatment in addictions psychiatry.
- Lead and develop the addictions service, including clinical programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Develop and implement education and training programs for medical staff.
- Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- FRANZCP or equivalent specialist training gained in either NZ, UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, South Africa.
- Experience in addictions psychiatry and leadership roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a base salary, private practice allowance, and annual professional development allowance.
