About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires resilience, patience, and a strong sense of duty. As a Prison Custody Officer, you'll work closely with prisoners, colleagues, and other stakeholders to maintain order and provide support to those in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety and security of prisoners and staff
  • Provide support and guidance to prisoners to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and respectful environment
  • Conduct regular checks and patrols to ensure the security of the facility
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm and professional manner
