Job Summary

This role involves working as part of a team and individually to meet company and client expectations. Key responsibilities include accurately measuring individual wearers and recording their specific measurements on the wearers measurement sheet (WMS). The successful candidate will work unsupervised on customers' premises, conducting accurate stocktakes of garments and reporting back findings.

Key Responsibilities
  • To accurately measure and record wearers' actual sizes.
  • To complete the WMS in full, including date, product codes, sizes, names, and special alterations, and ensure both the individual and a manager authorised by the company sign the sheet.
  • To forward the completed WMS and any associated documents to the site.
  • To conduct accurate stocktakes of garments on customers' premises and report back findings.
  • To lead the installation of garments, including label lockers and sorting garments into correct locker locations, for new and existing customers.
  • To conduct stocktakes as required, using a garment list and highlighting garments on site at the time of the stocktake.
  • To conform to all HSE legislation and Elis UK Limited safety standards.
  • To comply with the company's security rules and its customers.
  • To maintain company housekeeping standards both on site and at customers' premises.
Requirements
  • Ability to use sizing sets to measure wearers' exact sizes.
  • Ability to accurately use a tape measure as required.
  • Ability to accurately complete documentation to report exact requirements for the CSC and CS team to order/replace relevant items.
  • Customer-focused skills, respectful, diplomatic, and tactful.
  • Flexible attitude to work patterns, including potential early starts or late finishes and regular overnight stops as required by the business.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Good understanding of HSE awareness.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
