Job Title: Electrical Installation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Installation Specialist to join our team in the water sector. As an Electrical Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for the on-site installation, testing, and sign-off of our projects, as well as overseeing all aspects of assigned projects from commencement to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out electrical installation and refurbishment works on existing water company sites in accordance with project requirements and programme.
  • Work on client sites across the region, including sites that convey sewage and drinking water, and comply with necessary hygiene standards.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, utilizing design drawings, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer's installation manuals to complete assigned projects.
  • Inspect and test electrical systems to troubleshoot problems and verify installations.
  • Complete required paperwork to demonstrate installation and testing work has been carried out successfully, accurately, and timely.
  • Supervise and manage installation team with associated responsibility for all site health and safety compliance.
Requirements:
  • Fully qualified electrical fitter (NVQ level 3 or equivalent).
  • 5+ years' related experience post-qualification in electrical installation, testing, and supervision, preferably in the UK water sector.
  • Positive 'can-do' attitude with flexible approach to work.
  • Driving licence (full, clean).
