About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Design Engineer to join our team at our Head Office in Ashington, Northumberland. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing and developing new, innovative LED lighting products and technologies that meet our company's objectives and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop new LED lighting products and technologies
  • Lead design projects from an electronics/electrical design perspective
  • Maintain up-to-date project files and progress projects in line with company procedures
  • Work closely with other design elements within the technical team to produce prototypes and proof of concept models
Requirements
  • Degree-level qualification in electronic engineering or a similar engineering degree
  • Industry experience in a similar role, including hands-on product design responsibility
  • Good understanding and demonstrable experience of analogue electronics design, digital electronics design, and PCB design
