Project Manager for Offshore Subsea and Marine Projects

Our client, a leading provider of products to the oil and gas, offshore, marine, subsea, and renewable energy markets, is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join their team in Northumberland. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of assigned projects, including project work scope and technical development, estimating time, resource, and schedule with submittal to the Project Controls group, material requirement for procurement data sheets, execution and construction oversight, and project completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Streamlining project activities to maximize efficiency and flexibility.
- Installation engineering and technical plans & procedure writing for the projects.
- Managing third-party engineering/design efforts in support of project deliverables.
- Reviewing quotations utilizing supplier information, cost standards, technical information from quality, manufacturing, engineering, and design.
- Maintaining daily production quantities for cost analysis.
- Oversight and coordination to ensure schedule and compliance with project specifications, scope of work, and subcontract terms and conditions.
- Working with Senior Engineers to develop projects that follow engineering standards, code compliance, proper company and safety standards, and good engineering practices.
- Liaising with operations management and offshore construction management teams to plan and oversee execution of planned projects.
- Involvement in all phases of project management and execution of offshore projects.
- Ensuring that the project is delivered in accordance with the agreed project scope and handling all project change orders through our Management of Change (MOC) process.
- Conducting meetings with clients to provide project status updates.
