About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and understanding individual to join our team as an Adult Support Worker. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding support to our young adults with autism.

Your primary responsibility will be to help our adults meet their personal care needs, direct support in their day-to-day lives, and support with all aspects of health and wellbeing. You will also attend appointments and arrange social activities, as well as supporting opportunities in the community and encouraging independence.

Essential Skills

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Compassionate and understanding
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of situations
  • Self-motivated and committed to the role
  • Holds a Level 2 Health and Social Care or a willingness to work towards a relevant qualification
