Our CEO, Ash Warne, has a rich background in leading simulator programmes at top-tier teams like McLaren and Ferrari F1. We have grown to a team of 65 engineers and have successfully designed, built, and delivered a state-of-the-art driving simulator for Ferrari F1 Team.

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Principal Motion Control Software Engineer to join our Simulation & Control group. This role involves leading the development of motion control software, enhancing controller performance, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Model Refinement: Utilise test data to refine model accuracy for both offline simulations and real-time control software.
  • Collaborative Testing: Work closely with the team to ensure seamless testing and validation of motion control software.
  • Software Commissioning: Oversee the commissioning of simulator software for Factory and Site Acceptance Testing as part of the Simulation & Control group.
Requirements
  • Expertise in control engineering, with a particular interest in optimal control.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilise test data for model refinement and controller performance enhancement.
  • Proficiency in tools like Matlab, Python, C, Julia, and Simulink.
