Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and internal health and safety teams.
- Participate in client health and safety meetings.
- Provide support to site teams on all health and safety matters.
- Review and assess safe systems of work.
- Advise during safety start meetings.
- Oversee daily health and safety activities on-site.
- Conduct workplace inspections and document findings.
- Investigate accidents or incidents thoroughly.
- Facilitate training for project staff.

Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced site-based health and safety role within the construction sector, preferably in civils.
- Strong communication skills with experience in client-facing roles.
- A team player with technical knowledge and experience in providing health and safety support in construction and building services.
- Proficient in IT and report writing.

Desirable Qualifications:
- NEBOSH Construction or equivalent certification.
- First aid training.
