Job Title: Assistant/Associate Professor in International Business

Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant or Associate Professor in International Business to join our faculty. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and developing courses in international business, as well as contributing to the growth and development of our business program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach and develop courses in international business, including International Business and Global Responsibility, Business Decision Making in Developed Country Environments, International Business Decision Making in Emerging Markets, and Understanding and Managing Cultural Differences.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality teaching materials, assessments, and evaluations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the business program, including curriculum design and assessment.
  • Engage in scholarly activities, including research and publication, to maintain expertise and contribute to the academic community.
  • Participate in departmental and faculty meetings, and contribute to the development of departmental and faculty initiatives.

Requirements:

  • PhD in Management or a closely related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Teaching experience in international business, with a strong record of teaching and course development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a flexible and proactive approach to work.
