Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences across a range of business programs, particularly Foundation year and full-degree courses.
  • Tutor students, providing individualized support to enable them to achieve their academic goals and progress to positive destinations.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of business courses, coordinating effectively with staff and students.
  • Develop and deliver module materials, assessments, and evaluations in line with the Learning Outcomes and syllabuses of modules.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to students, ensuring they meet the requirements of the program specifications.
  • Collaborate with the Business School's Research Department at the Holborn campus to advance business knowledge and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree and/or a PhD in a relevant business field.
  • Teaching qualifications, such as PGCHE, MA in HE Practice, or FHEA.
  • Previous lecturing experience in business programs at Higher Education Institution level.
  • Proficiency in using Blackboard/VLEs, MS Teams/Zoom, and other digital tools.
