Product Supply Coordinator

Randstad Sourceright is currently recruiting for a Product Supply Administrator to work on behalf of a global leader in sustainable and efficient transportation solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of all product orders, including stock allocation, delivery note creation, material transfers, courier bookings, and consignment tracking.
- Act as the customer/stakeholder contact point for deliveries of UK and international product orders.
- Develop and maintain order/project delivery schedules.
- Prepare export documentation and raise clearance instructions to shipping agents.
- Maintain the export database and provide accurate data during ECC audits.
- Manage order processing, including order acknowledgment, variation request validation, and issue resolution.
- Provide delivery updates to ensure business financial forecast integrity.
- Submit invoicing requests in accordance with commercial contracts.
- Assist in preparing customer quotations for ad-hoc product orders.
- Experience in database maintenance and reporting is required.
- SAP or material resourcing planning application experience is preferred.
- Excellent working skills of MS Excel are necessary.
This is a full-time role working for 8 hours per day, mostly onsite with 1 or 2 days working from home opportunity (can be discussed further with manager).
We are seeking a dedicated Product Supply Administrator responsible for coordinating administrative duties and processes to enable excellent delivery and customer service performance.
