Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Cardiac Physiology administrative team, providing essential support to our clinical personnel.

This role involves coordinating and scheduling appointments for patients undergoing various diagnostic tests and device therapies.

Proficiency in multiple IT systems for data management and report creation is required.

While the ability to communicate in Welsh is preferred, applications from both Welsh and English speakers are encouraged.

Key Responsibilities

As the team supervisor, you will manage the daily operations of the administration team, offering training and guidance as needed.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Minimum of 3 GCSEs at grade C or above, including Maths and English
  • NVQ Level 3 in Customer Care or Business Administration, or equivalent, or a willingness to pursue this qualification

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Data Protection regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality

Experience

Essential

  • Extensive experience in an office setting or with public interaction
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other computer systems

Desirable

  • Background in a healthcare environment
  • Understanding of PMS and D&T operating systems
  • Experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
