  • Demonstrate a passion for achieving high-quality outcomes.
  • Manage client onboarding and offboarding processes, including file initiation, anti-money laundering compliance, file upkeep, and closure.
  • Support fee earners in managing client relationships, ensuring accurate data capture, and maintaining regular communication to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Prepare a comprehensive range of legal documentation, including SDLT forms and Land Registry submissions.
  • Generate completion statements and oversee account transfers and payments.
  • Engage in specific training as required.
  • Uphold client data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
  • Prepare client invoices and financial reports.
  • Complete forms for financial transactions, including CHAPS payments and bill preparation.
  • Perform legal tasks under the guidance and supervision of a qualified Fee Earner.
