Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Medical Receptionist to join our Radiology team at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary and Woodend Hospital. This part-time opportunity will involve providing administrative support to a team of Consultants and Radiographers, working evening and weekend clinics.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Radiology team, including manning the reception and performing various administrative tasks.
- Book and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient and effective communication with patients and staff.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a high level of service delivery and patient satisfaction.
We are looking for an experienced receptionist/administrator with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality administrative support.
