Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Medical Receptionist to join our Radiology team at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary and Woodend Hospital. This part-time position will cover evening and weekend clinics, providing administrative support to a team of Consultants and Radiographers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Radiology team, including manning the reception and performing various administrative tasks.
- Book and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient and effective communication with patients and staff.
- Work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with flexible hours available to accommodate your needs.
We are looking for an experienced receptionist/administrator with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Previous experience in a medical administration role is desirable, but not essential. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking to expand your knowledge and skills, we encourage you to apply.
