Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Apple Technical Recruitment (UK) Limited. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for leading projects from feasibility through to project handover, with a focus on cost management and employer's agent duties.

About the Role:
  • Lead projects between £15m-£40m+ in a developed sector
  • Undertake full quantity surveying/cost management/employer's agent duties
  • Manage projects autonomously and work closely with clients
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
Requirements:
  • Previously held a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager position on projects £5m+
  • Good client-facing skills and able to lead and manage meetings
  • MRICS Chartership desirable but not essential
Qualifications:
  • BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management or Building Surveying
