We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Residential Care Worker to join our team at Arnfield Care Limited. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people in our residential settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of young people in our care, addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Lead and supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent care and support.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring that young people receive the best possible outcomes.
  • Liaise with external agencies, such as local authorities and healthcare professionals, to advocate for the needs of our residents.
  • Promote a culture of respect, inclusivity, and equality, ensuring that all staff and young people feel valued and supported.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in children's residential care settings, with a proven track record of leading shifts and teams.
  • Level 3 or 4 qualification in residential childcare, or equivalent.
  • Ability to commit to full-time working, including sleep-ins and short residential trips.
  • Manual driving license.
