About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Worker to join our team at Arnfield Care Ltd. As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people in our residential settings.

Our Residential Care Workers are responsible for ensuring the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of our residents. This includes providing a safe and nurturing environment, promoting independence, and supporting residents in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents, including personal care, medication management, and emotional support.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring the needs of residents are met.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the team.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in children's residential care settings (or similar).
  • Level 3/4 in residential Childcare (or equivalents) for Senior roles.
  • Ability to commit to full-time working, including sleep-ins and short residential trips.
  • Manual driving license.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance.
