Our expansion is driven by organic growth and substantial investments in technology, data, and human resources. This pivotal position within the Communications team will significantly influence how we convey our corporate mission to the public.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive public relations strategy that aligns with our company objectives.
- Generate innovative ideas for press releases, articles, and white papers, collaborating closely with our marketing and data teams to provide valuable insights into the job market for both job seekers and employers.
- Utilize data storytelling to create engaging news content, whitepapers, and social media posts that resonate with our audience.
- Leverage digital PR techniques to enhance website visibility, focusing on SEO strategies to secure backlinks from reputable news sources globally.
- Manage all internal PR activities to achieve media KPIs, ensuring a steady stream of high-quality media coverage across national, regional, trade, and broadcast platforms through both proactive and reactive PR campaigns.
- Oversee PR reporting and content creation, working alongside the broader communications team to elevate our advisory and data-driven content for employers and job seekers.
- Support social media initiatives by creating content tailored for various platforms, particularly LinkedIn, and responding promptly to emerging opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in a public relations or communications capacity.
- Proven track record in media relations, press release composition, and digital PR.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and transform them into compelling narratives or insights.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects while prioritizing effectively.
- Exceptional relationship-building and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to influence both internal and external senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with social media strategies and community engagement.
This role reports directly to the Head of Brand and Communications and is essential in shaping our external communications strategy.
