Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with complex neurological conditions, including stroke. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with neurological conditions, including stroke.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and other healthcare professionals on neurological rehabilitation.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and policies related to neurological rehabilitation.
Requirements:
  • HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
  • Experience in neurological rehabilitation, including stroke rehabilitation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
