In this role, you will work a rotating shift pattern of Early and Late shifts, split between the workshop and office. Your primary focus will be in the workshop, where you will be responsible for maintaining company quality standards of all work produced, identifying errors, and providing technical expertise to machinists.


The Role:
  1. Conducting and maintaining detailed records of inspections
  2. Developing measurement policies to reduce waste
  3. Internal audits to ensure compliance with industry standards
  4. Providing input to design reviews to support improvement initiatives
  5. Shift 1: Monday - Friday, 06:00 - 14:00
  6. Shift 2: Monday - Thursday, 14:00 - 22:30, Friday, 19:30 finish

The Ideal Candidate:
  1. Background in quality assurance or a related field
  2. Experience with CNC milling and turning
  3. Ability to understand technical drawings
  4. Willingness to work rotating Early and Late shifts
