We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Practicus. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering multiple projects and business change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver IT, Systems, and Finance projects on time, in budget, and to scope.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify, manage, and deliver projects.
- Manage project resources, including coordinating with the Financial Controller and Finance Director.
- Manage project budgets and ensure sufficient allocation.
- Manage changes in project scope, costs, resource, and timing within agreed governance and change control processes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Project Management role with expertise in Systems, IT, and/or Finance projects.
- Holds Prince2 Practitioner qualification.
- In-depth knowledge and experience of all stages of the project life cycle, including business case development and project mobilization.
- Proven track record in successfully delivering projects.
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals with technical and non-technical backgrounds.
- Analytical problem-solving skills.
- The ability to deliver multiple projects concurrently.
- Demonstrate a flexible approach to work.
- Organize and plan effectively, showing good use of delegation where required.
- Making sound and good decisions, understanding the right level of risk and influencing others.
- Motivate and inspire, embracing change and supporting others with their development.
- Positively encourage team cohesion, idea sharing, and go out of their way to support others within the business to get the job done.
- Suggest and implement solutions both within their own role and across the organization.
