Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Health and Safety Advisor to join our team in the Kent area. As a key member of our health and safety leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and evaluating health and safety standards across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend client health and safety meetings to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Review and implement safe systems of work to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment
- Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify potential hazards and report findings to management
Requirements:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work at all levels
- Proven experience in providing health and safety support in the construction and building services sectors
- IT literacy with proficient report-writing skills
Desirable Qualifications:
- NEBOSH Construction certificate or equivalent
- CSCS Professional card
- First aid training
