Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum

Zachary Daniels is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead a cluster of stores within the fashion sector. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving retail sales and performance, recruiting and training a team, and making commercial decisions that benefit the stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive retail sales and performance: Work with your management team to identify trends and opportunities to increase sales and improve customer experience.
  • Recruit and train a team: Attract, develop, and retain a high-performing team that is focused on sales and customer service.
  • Make commercial decisions: Use your business acumen to make informed decisions that benefit the stores and align with company goals.
  • Review and engage colleagues: Regularly review and engage with your team to ensure they are meeting sales and service targets.
  • Develop and coach a team: Provide coaching and development opportunities to help your team members grow and succeed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fashion retail sector.
  • Business acumen: Strong business acumen and ability to understand business performance and make informed decisions.
  • Leadership skills: Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Communication skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and senior leadership teams.
