Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a Claims Specialist to join our dynamic claims team.
As a member of our claims department, you will be tasked with the comprehensive administration of claims and will report directly to the Head of Claims.
Key Responsibilities- Manage incoming communications regarding claims through various channels.
- Oversee First Notice of Loss (FNOL) management, ensuring that all new claims are tracked and processed in accordance with our service level agreements, including tailored arrangements with insurers.
- Keep the Claims Manager informed of any issues or complaints that arise.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of two years of experience in claims handling, preferably in areas such as motor, property, liability, business interruption, cyber, directors and officers/employment practices liability, and professional indemnity.
- A solid foundation of technical insurance knowledge, which will be evaluated through regular in-house assessments.
- GCSE qualifications in Mathematics and English (or equivalent).
