About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Support Coordinator to join our team at Herts Mind Network. As a key member of our Herts Haven Cafe service, you will play a vital role in providing drop-in mental health support to children and young people aged 10-18.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality mental health support services to children and young people, including brief interventions, signposting, and referrals.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a warm and welcoming space for young people to access support.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local agencies and services to ensure seamless referrals and support.
  • Provide consistent and clear communication to the team, working proactively and with initiative.
  • Act as a positive role model, demonstrating professional and caring attitudes and behaviors towards team members, young people, and families/carers.
What We Offer
  • Annual leave entitlement of 25 days per year pro rata, rising in increments to a max. of 29 days pro rata after 5 years employment (plus 8 days Bank Holidays)
