About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Brand Ambassador to represent our prestigious Portuguese beer brand across the United Kingdom. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for promoting our unique and high-quality international brews to the local market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promotion and Representation: Promote and represent our Portuguese beer brand at various events, tastings, festivals, and trade shows. Engage with customers and educate them about the unique qualities and heritage of our products.
  • Business Development: Work closely with retailers, bars, restaurants, and distributors to acquire new accounts and increase product placement. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, including social media, events, and in-store promotions. Provide feedback on market trends and consumer preferences to help refine our strategy.
  • Training and Education: Conduct training sessions for staff and customers to enhance their knowledge of our Portuguese beer and ensure they can effectively promote the product.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends. Use insights to refine and improve strategies to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • A genuine love for beer, with a deep understanding and appreciation of Portuguese culture and beverages.
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or a similar role within the beverage industry. Experience with craft beers or international brands is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
