Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Procurement Planner to join our team at Mixxos Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Order Processing: Manage sales orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Customer Forecasting: Analyze customer demand and provide accurate forecasts to inform production planning.
  • Daily Management of New Orders/Amendments: Monitor and manage new orders and amendments, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Work Order Preparation: Prepare work orders for production runs, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  • Weekly Dispatch Plan: Create a weekly dispatch plan to ensure efficient and effective delivery of products.
  • Sales/Operations & Supply Chain Reporting: Provide regular reporting on sales, operations, and supply chain performance.
Key Skills:
  • Supply Chain/Demand Planning Experience: Proven experience in supply chain and demand planning, with a strong understanding of ERP systems.
  • ERP System Experience: Experience with ERP systems, with SAP being an advantage.
  • Commercial/Financial Acumen: Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Organized: Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
