Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Procurement Planner to join our team at Mixxos Group. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for delivering products to key customers within agreed timeframes, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the company supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Order Processing: Manage the receipt, processing, and fulfillment of sales orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Customer Forecasting: Analyze sales data and customer behavior to develop accurate forecasts and drive business growth.
  • Daily Management of New Orders/Amendments: Monitor and manage new orders and amendments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Prepare Work Orders for Production Runs: Coordinate with production teams to prepare work orders for production runs, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Create Weekly Dispatch Plan: Develop and maintain a weekly dispatch plan to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
  • Sales/Operations & Supply Chain Reporting: Provide regular reporting on sales, operations, and supply chain performance to inform business decisions.

Key Skills:

  • Previous Supply Chain/Demand Planning Experience: Proven experience in supply chain and demand planning, with a strong understanding of supply chain principles and practices.
  • ERP System Experience, SAP would be advantageous: Proficiency in ERP systems, with experience in SAP being a plus.
  • Commercial/Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial and financial principles, with the ability to analyze data and drive business growth.
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Organized: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, with the ability to accurately process and manage sales orders and customer data.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
