Job Description

Talent84 Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the utility services provider.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for engineers and managers, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage the in-house database system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is recorded.
  • Book engineers for breakdowns and planned maintenance, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Liaise with customers to address their requirements and ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor hours, plans, and expenditure to create management reports, providing valuable insights for the organization.
  • Order or hire equipment as needed, ensuring the team has the necessary resources to perform their duties.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience working within utilities or facilities management.
