About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Wellington Grange in Chichester, West Sussex. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction at every meal.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality food and beverage services to residents, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere at every meal.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to prepare and serve nutritious meals, using fresh local produce and ingredients.
- Assist with meal preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting, and chopping food items, and maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Support the chef in delivering their culinary creations, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident needs and preferences, and ensuring their satisfaction at every meal.
About You
We are looking for a team player with a passion for delivering exceptional resident dining experiences. You will have a genuine enthusiasm for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with attention to detail and a sense of fun. As part of our catering team, you will aspire to the highest standards, showing great teamwork to ensure that all regulations for food health and hygiene are adhered to at all times.
