About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Wellington Grange in Chichester, West Sussex. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction at every meal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality food and beverage services to residents, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere at every meal.
  • Assist the kitchen team in meal preparation, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Support the chef in delivering daily menus, using fresh local produce and ingredients to promote the health and well-being of our residents.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, understanding their preferences and dietary needs.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
