Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our support team in the Witney office. This is a primarily administrative role with some reception duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage the reception area, handling incoming calls and correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain accurate records and files.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and clients.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in administration or as an administrative assistant.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
