Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our support team in Witney. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a friendly and supportive law firm environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with reception duties, including greeting clients and visitors.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong interpersonal skills to engage with all members of the office.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in administration or as an administrative assistant.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Good telephone and communication skills, particularly with members of the public.
  • Excellent IT skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Ability to work in a professional office environment.
