Job Title: Recruitment Administrator Apprentice

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator Apprentice to join our team at Culina Group. As a Recruitment Administrator Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting our Talent Acquisition Manager with general recruitment administration and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with monthly and ad-hoc reporting to ensure accurate and timely data.
  • Maintain our current ATS system and records to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
  • Manage the departmental inbox and respond to recruitment queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support to Talent Acquisition Projects, including coordinating logistics and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Support the facilitation of graduate assessment centers and assist with new hire onboarding when required.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed, including data entry, filing, and other tasks.

Requirements:

  • GCSE English and Maths - Grade 4 or above required.
  • Confident communication skills across all levels.
  • Strong time management and organization skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, pressurized environment.
  • Effectively prioritize workload to meet set deadlines.
  • Good IT skills, competent in MS packages.
  • Able to work as part of a team and/or individually.
  • Be professional, approachable, and helpful to ensure smooth running of the general HR operation.
