About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is working with a dynamic and innovative company at the forefront of the industry. The client is continuously growing, therefore is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer enquiries and provide timely responses
  • Process orders and maintain accurate sales records
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished as needed
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and report preparation
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred
