Are you skilled in Quality Assurance and thrive in collaborative environments? At Future Publishing, we are seeking an individual with a solid background in Quality Assurance to contribute to our operations.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist within our magazine subscriptions division, your primary responsibility will be to guarantee exceptional and uniform service delivery to our clientele while achieving QA targets for the customer service and operations teams.

You will assist the Quality Assurance Manager in executing essential business objectives as part of a dynamic and supportive team. Your role will involve aiding managers in enhancing QA methodologies and processes. You will provide insights to sampling strategies aimed at mitigating risks, utilizing information gathered from discussions with frontline personnel. Your duties will include conducting thorough, impartial, and precise evaluations, followed by submitting clear and concise documentation.

In your capacity as a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will ensure that a satisfactory and consistent service is extended to business partners and customers through quality monitoring aligned with company protocols, while also maintaining the knowledge base of the relevant teams within the department.

  • Experience in a quality assurance role or related experience gained through previous employment, while adhering to company deadlines and service level agreements.
  • Ability to train team members effectively.
  • Collaborate with operations to understand their requirements and drive positive transformations across the organization.
  • Influence both internal and external stakeholders positively to deliver outstanding service to customers.
  • Enhance the customer experience through actionable feedback.
