As a Quality Assurance Support Specialist within our magazine subscriptions division, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers receive exceptional and consistent service while achieving QA targets for the customer service and operations sectors.
You will assist the Quality Assurance Manager in executing critical business objectives as part of a cohesive and dynamic team. Your role will involve supporting management in enhancing QA methodologies and protocols. You will provide insights to sampling strategies to mitigate risks, drawing from discussions with frontline teams. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough, impartial, and precise evaluations, followed by the submission of accurate and succinct records.
In your capacity as a Quality Assurance Support Specialist, you will guarantee that a satisfactory and uniform service is extended to business partners and customers through quality monitoring aligned with company standards and procedures, while also ensuring that the relevant teams maintain their knowledge within the department.
