About the Company

We are representing a rapidly expanding, global medical device firm. Their diverse product range spans urology, general surgery, ENT, and obstetrics, focusing on surgical technologies designed for minimally invasive procedures. The company is well-regarded in the industry and is known for its outstanding training programs and positive workplace culture.

Role Responsibilities

As a Sales Territory Executive, you will schedule and travel to meet with surgeons in various healthcare facilities to facilitate the adoption of our client's innovative products. After completing a comprehensive training program, you will be prepared to engage in professional discussions with surgeons and nursing staff in the operating room.

  • Your daily responsibilities may include:
  • Developing effective business strategies and plans
  • Demonstrating product applications to surgeons, medical staff, and nurses
  • Participating in orientation, educational sessions, and surgical scrubs
  • Collaborating closely with the Customer Service team on proposals, quotes, and product samples
  • Actively participating in company meetings and product training sessions
  • Organizing and attending industry conferences

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in medical sales within hospital settings (preferably in surgical sales) and demonstrate a successful track record.

We are also seeking individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Degree in a relevant field
  • Comfortable working in an operating room environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing accounts from initial contact to implementation
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Highly organized with effective prioritization skills
  • Positive, driven, and results-oriented mindset

This position requires the candidate to reside in the surrounding areas and be willing to travel within the designated regions.
