Line Up Aviation is seeking a Facilities Operations Coordinator to support our client in their Facilities Management department.

The successful candidate will assist in the organization and execution of Facilities Management (FM) tasks, which include Maintenance and Strategic Construction initiatives. This role will serve as a central point of contact, ensuring timely communication and updates as necessary.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Site Business Partners and Building custodians in establishing and implementing an efficient Site/Building Process confirmation routine.
  • Act as the representative voice of FM in Site-level working groups as needed.
  • Utilize previous experience in facility management and construction to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with Airbus processes and relevant Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations is advantageous.

Compensation:
£30 per hour via Umbrella, classified as inside IR35.
